As co-founder of Avid Technology Professionals, Troy helped lead the company’s growth over a 21-year period into a successful enterprise employing more than 300 professionals and generating over $175 million in revenue. His experience managing large teams, developing scalable business processes, implementing technology-driven solutions, and maintaining rigorous quality standards has positioned him as a trusted leader across multiple industries. At Lifelong Support, Troy applies this same commitment to excellence to the developmental disabilities community. Working alongside healthcare professionals, caregivers, and support staff, he focuses on building the infrastructure, systems, and culture necessary to deliver safe, reliable, and person-centered services.
