Nwanne Udeagha is a healthcare leader with more than 25 years of experience in pharmacy operations, patient care, team leadership, and healthcare management. Throughout her career, she has led high-performing teams in complex healthcare environments while remaining deeply committed to compassionate, person-centered care. As the Founder & Executive Director of Lifelong Support, Inc., Nwanne brings together healthcare leadership, operational excellence, and a genuine passion for supporting individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities. Her vision for Lifelong Support is built on a simple belief: quality care should feel safe, respectful, empowering, and deeply human. Colleagues and community leaders consistently describe Nwanne as compassionate, dependable, organized, and mission driven. She is known for building strong teams, improving systems that support quality and accountability, and leading with both empathy and high standards.
